    Formulation of a plan, addressing the primary issues that appear to be foundational.

    Further testing ordered, if necessary.

    A follow up visit may be scheduled within 1-3 months, based on individual needs.

  • Follow Up Visit

    Review and explanation of lab results, if ordered.

    Continued evaluation of concerns and adjustment of plan as necessary.

    Supplements or hormonal replacement therapy prescribed, if needed.

  • Annual Wellness Visit

    Established patients only.

    Includes review of medical history since last visit, a physical exam, and review of yearly blood work (to be completed prior to visit) looking for early signs of imbalance.

    Lifestyle counseling, dietary, and supplement recommendations, as needed.

  • Hormone Dosing Follow Up

    Established patients only.

    Telemedicine visit to address response to current dosing regimen and adjust as needed.

    No new concerns addressed.

  • Advanced Lab Results Follow Up

    Established patients only.

    Telemedicine visit for in depth review of advanced functional lab testing completed between scheduled visits.

    Plan adjusted as needed based on results.
